There is absolutely not enough words to express how amazing the entire team is I am someone who hates needles. Even the shots are not bad the care and the comfort that they provide is beyond expectations they go above and beyond any dentist I’ve ever gone to I was recommended by a friend and I have now recommended more than 10 others i’ve told them about my experience and how very very pleased I am Dr. Montgomery his staff from the front desk when you walk in meeting Lisa and then I met Linda autumn and while I’ve yet to meet the rest of the staff, they are all extremely welcoming and caring. If you do go I promise you you will never step foot in another Dental office. This will become your home. I am so very grateful that I have been lead to them. I have so much work that needs to be done and they have been taken care of me and I appreciate all the care and comfort they have provided for me along my Oral journey. I can now smile again without being ashamed I thank you all so very much. Much success to the entire Q and A family!

This business needs no help alienating their client base. The last 10 months of reviews and the number of people who've changed their 5 star review to a 1 star reviews in the same time frame says enough. I'm just changing my 5 star to a 1 star review because I don't want to give other people the wrong idea. These people don't care about the people in the community that they serve, they don't care what you think, and must be hard up for cash already.

This was my first appointment with Q and A dental and honestly it was good. I truly despise going to the dentist. There is nothing about the dentist that makes me feel comfortable or at ease. The dental hygienist who worked with me was compassionate and conversational in regards to my dental care. Hopefully the environment stays this way. I will be providing an update if there are any changes. So far so good. The dentist himself is nice as well. He appears to know his information and care not just about the appearance of teeth but the overall care.

UPDATE: This is not about the service I received the day I went to the office. The dentist, Dr. Montgomery, told me based on the level of service, he would not charge me as long as I left him a favorable google review (as he was only gluing my tooth on my implant). The office staff did put the service through insurance, which I had no problem with as I knew I wouldn’t be charged for any balance because that’s what the dentist told me. Unfortunately, the balance of $5.80 was due based on my insurance coverage. I knew I wouldn’t owe this because the doctor said he would not charge me and I took him as a professional and a man of his word, right? Unfortunately there has been a lack of communication between his offer to me and the staff accounts receivable department. After bills for $5.80 (the printing and postage probably cost more) What happened next is they sent me to COLLECTIONS for five dollars!? Really? So VERY UNFORTUNATE. BE CAUTIOUS. I can't say enough about the care that I was given today. Starting with Lisa and the congenial phone call we had this morning who was able to squeeze me in same day to my care by Dr. Montgomery and Denise who, in my time of need, came to my rescue and fixed an ugly situation to get me through the holidays. I would not hesitate to recommend the entire staff to anyone searching for a kind and gentle dental experience. Don't miss this opportunity!

I was expecting for it to take at least a couple weeks to get a crown put in. To my surprise, I arrived at noon and left 4 hours later with my new permanent crown installed. I’ve had such a great experience with Q&A Dental! The entire staff is very kind and the doctor is fantastic. They’ve been so accommodating with scheduling and they break down payments so it’s not overwhelming and there are no surprises. The facility is clean and organized. I felt very comfortable while getting my procedure done. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist so I was really intimidated by the whole process but they we’re very reassuring and understanding. Dr. Montgomery was my dentist at a different location. I was told he opened up his own practice months ago, so I had to follow him. He has been my dentist for few years. I love this dentist office. I have always had anxiety when going to the dentist but not with this place! The staff is so welcoming and kind. I had an amazing experience as far as the dentist is concerned but I called to the office to make them aware that the prescription the gave me wasn’t working and that I’m in extreme pain and the nurse/receptionist basically brushed me off. My entire face is swollen I haven’t eaten in two days my blood pressure has skyrocketed to 160/100. The dentist was wonderful and dental assistant but the receptionist needs better training

I was at a chain dentist for a couple years and had a terrible experience, so I really wanted to find a place who had a dentist and staff that actually seem like they care about their patients and don't just view them as a number. The dentist is great and I highly recommend him. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is the billing is strange. Normally your claim is submitted to your insurance company and what your insurance doesn’t cover you pay the difference. Seems they are requesting arbitrary amounts to be paid before hand.

My wife and I just had evaluations done by Dr. Montgomery after evaluations from our longtime dental practice. We went specifically to Dr Montgomery to get second opinions on recommended work. The amount of work our previous dentist wanted us to do was in excess of necessity which means the cost was quite high. Dr. Montgomery spent a good amount of time to explain why those procedures we're unnecessary. We have to chosen to move our dental care to Dr. Montgomery at Q & A!
